The prices listed here are not exempt from VAT according to §6 (1) Z. 19 UstG. If you would like a consultation or an appointment without a doctor's prescription - if legally possible - the freelance therapists or trainers, who are not subject to small business regulation, will charge 20% VAT on the prices quoted.

Company health promotion

We support organizations in the implementation of health promotion projects, both intramural and extramural. Creation of concepts, advice on the purchase of equipment, training for employees in the workplace, workshops, but also massages or therapies that can be supported by companies.

Reimbursement of costs, prescription process and invoicing

According to the MTD Act, you need a prescription for physiotherapy (or remedial gymnastics) in order to receive physiotherapy. You can obtain this from your family doctor, company doctor or specialist.

You must take the prescription with you to your first treatment.

In order for your statutory insurance company to reimburse the therapy costs, you will need approval of your prescription. You will receive this approval from the head physician by submitting the prescription to your responsible health insurance company within four weeks. (ÖGK authorization exemption in 2023.)

Your therapist will issue you with an invoice for the total costs at the end of the treatment sessions (depending on the number of necessary or approved therapies per prescription).

You can submit this to your health insurance provider together with the approved prescription. You will then receive a partial refund of the costs incurred. The excess can then be submitted to a private health or accident insurance company.

Treatment costs

Treatments on the premises of Zeuggasse 3 Top 2-3, entrance Ziegelofengasse 28, 1050 Vienna cost as stated above and are exempt from VAT in accordance with § 6 (1) Z. 19 UStG.

In the case of a consultation or non-prescription service, an additional 20% VAT may be charged.

A therapy unit includes the following services:

• Appointment
• Documentation
• Preparation and follow-up
• Individual treatment time

Our prices vary depending on professional experience, training and further education.

Making and canceling appointments

Appointments are made personally with your therapist by telephone, e-mail or after a therapy session.

If you are unable to attend an agreed treatment appointment, it must be canceled at least 48 hours before the appointment with your therapist by e-mail, telephone or text message. Otherwise, your therapist reserves the right to charge the treatment costs for the appointment that was not canceled on time. These costs cannot be claimed from the insurance provider.

Additional information

You must bring the following to your first appointment:

• Current prescription
• Current findings, current imaging
• Current doctor's letters

During the treatment session you are obliged to:

• ...to report any pain immediately
• ...to let us know if you are uncomfortable being touched
• ...to let us know if you do not want to take off your clothes

During the therapy period/treatment period you are obliged to:

• ...to disclose any new injuries
• ...disclose any new medications you are taking
• ...announce other therapies and medical interventions

For your own well-being, please wear comfortable clothes or take them and a large towel (bath towel) with you.
