"Time that we take is time that gives us something" Ernst Ferstl
I see physiotherapy as an offer to take time together to do something good for your body.
I am convinced that movement has a healing effect on our body and mind.
As a physiotherapist, I do my best to identify deficits and potential during a detailed assessment and then activate your body's self-healing powers and steer them in the right direction. The therapy is individually designed as a combination of active training, pain management and manual techniques.
I attach great importance to teaching self-competence in order to sustainably improve well-being and resilience in everyday life and during sporting activities.
